Listening to social media mrktr respond to a question about how to drive traffic to social accounts w/o a budget. Her response.."create engaging content". 🙄 Not once did she mention collabs, email, events. Platforms have us trained to default to "create more engaging content."

@detourshirts Love this illustration!! So many people discount themselves or say they aren't smart enough. When in reality, they aren't DOING enough or trying enough. They get stuck in the "thinking" box (or OVERthinking), then they quit too soon.
