That footwork is called the split step. Most common in tennis but can be applied to any sport where you have to change direction and explode

I always thought the NBA games minimum for awards was incredibly dumb and dangerous - for example, saw Embiid trying to play through obvious injury to hit that threshold - and Cade potentially not being eligible continues to reinforce that.

Then after the game they win and Austin making that unbelievable play and Luka game winner, and Shaq said ‘good teams don’t need that’ like what are we doing? You see more in the NBA of the guys saying their era was better. You don’t see Terry Bradshaw and Howie Long on Fox NFL pre game being like ‘none of these guys could cut it in the 70s or 80s!”

Arteta says the last two games at the Emirates against Everton and Leverkusen are the standards he expects from the fans in terms of atmosphere:
