2026 Goal: Ship 1 App. Every. Single. Month. 🫵 I have been a web dev for a long time and done some android development. Excited to start something new with iOS This was very much inspired by the journeys of @adamlyttleapps and @maks636! How do you guys feel about Claude Code's new: Effort Settings - low - medium - high Personally, I have liked it so far It allowed me to use Opus on tasks that were complex to implement but not *complicated* normally I'd switch to Sonnet for such tasks and get sub-optimal code

@anumness Interesting take, definitely worth trying. Would you do the same if every user didn't cost $

I have recently started limiting free trials to tier 1 countries only for this reason.

What did @AnthropicAI do to CC's Sonnet? It's been unusable this week. Spends forever reading the project and running unnecessary commands for already laid out tasks

@hustle_fred that could mean 2 things: 1. they don't believe in their product 2. they're learning from SupaBird if it's #1, they won't survive long but if it's #2 then it's upto you

my competitor is literally using my app to promote their own app😦 they are using SupaBird to grow their X account so they can promote their own X growth app what am i even supposed to do in this case

@amritwt on the $20 monthly plan you need to be super conscious of your prompts and switch to sonnet when possible to get it going through the week although if you're satisfied with the performance, the yearly plan doesn't have weekly limits so it's unlimited in a way

I got a $20 Claude subscription to see what its like and did just one deep research to find stock arbitrages My usage is 40% finished lol is this normal

@anumness +1 guess a lot of it comes down to ASO, niche and IRL trends people have been mega successful with both strategies multiple apps sounds more attractive as an indie-dev starting out but once again with AI the playing field has changed experimentation >>>

Okay hear me out. I have a real life example to prove my point. I built three AI tutor apps. Not one but three. - Physics - Chemistry - Biology. Chose these because I was familiar with the subjects and studied them in school. Did my ASO research and they were more or less the same in terms of ASO. Two of them were total flops, no one wanted to pay for it. One of them outperformed by a lot. I did my market research but none of the data pointed to the fact that one is better than the other. Now Im not going to market all three of them. Only the one people actually really want. There was no way for me to know this but to ship all three. Im happy with the other two being collateral. Not denying the fact that MARKETING is the thing that moves the needle. But which product to market? That can only be found via experimentation.
