🇩🇿🇲🇱| الإعلامي الجزائري (مقيم في بريطانيا)، سعيد بنسديرة .. 🛑 "الحكم الذاتي في شمال مالي (إقليم أزواد) لا يخدم مصالح الجزائر .. لأن ذلك سيشجع أقاليم أخرى للمطالبة بحكم ذاتي" ✍️ رأيي: 1. لماذا يخاف النظام الجزائري من الحكم الذاتي؟ 🤔 2. الحكم الذاتي في الصحراء الغربية المغربية، هو مقترح مغربي وليس أمريكيا ! 3. أغلب البلدان المتقدمة، مقسمة إلى جهات تحكم نفسها بنفسها (ألمانيا، سويسرا، بلجيكا، اسبانيا الخ) .. لأن ذلك يشجع على المشاركة السياسية وعلى تحمل المسؤولية وعلى المنافسة بين الجهات على الإنتاجية والمردودية، عكس الحكم المركزي. .

Mr. @osasuo, I have a question for you. For the past six weeks, you have repeatedly and forcefully expressed your disagreement with the CAF Appeals Board’s decision to declare Senegal the loser of the AFCON final by forfeit. You have published several articles in which you attempt to construct a narrative around what you describe as an "injustice" inflicted upon Senegal. Time and again, you have argued that the ruling contradicts the spirit of football, insisting that matches should be decided on the pitch rather than behind closed doors. In the context of the intense debate surrounding CAF’s decision to recognize Morocco as the rightful AFCON winner, everyone is, of course, entitled to their opinion. Even if your arguments appear to lean toward narrative framing or agenda-setting, your right to express them is unquestionable. However, recent developments have introduced a new dimension to this discussion. IFAB has amended the Laws of the Game to explicitly state that any player who leaves the field in protest of a referee’s decision may be sanctioned with a red card. This also applies to any team official who encourages such behavior. Furthermore, any team responsible for the abandonment of a match will, in principle, be deemed to have forfeited it. These decisions make it abundantly clear that conduct such as that displayed during the AFCON final is considered unacceptable. The intent of these rules is precisely to deter and eliminate such actions, bringing a level of clarity to the debate. Yet, rather than presenting the full scope of the IFAB decisions, you chose to highlight only a minor and unrelated provision, namely, the one concerning players covering their mouths during confrontations. This raises an important question: what prevented you from presenting the complete set of IFAB decisions? Is it because you are reluctant to acknowledge that your position may have been mistaken from the outset of this saga? Is it due to frustration at the prospect of Morocco being officially declared the AFCON winner? بعد إقرار كندا بان خطة الحكم الذاتي المغربي هي أساس التوصل لحلّ نهائي للنزاع المفتعل حول صحراءنا المغربية، اعتقد ان الدول المهمة التي ستحذو كذلك حذو كندا ومالي هي إثيوبيا ونيجيريا. على الرغم من ان هذين البلدين لم يسحبا بعد اعترافهما بالجمهورية التندوفية، فانهما، وبفضل سياسة مد اليد والتعاون التي نهجها المغرب تجاههما منذ نهاية عام 2016, ابتعدا عن محور بريتوريا-الجزائر الذي تزعم حركة الدول المناهضة للوحدة الترابية للوطن. وبالتالي، فان مسالة انضمام إثيوبيا ونيجيريا للمعسكر الداعم للسيادة المغربية على الصحراء لم تعد سوى مسالة وقت. وكنت شرحت في الكتاب الذي نشرته باللغة الإنجليزية عن النزاع في عام 2024 التغير الجذري الذي طرا على الخطاب السياسي لنيجيريا بخصوص النزاع منذ عام 2016 ونفس الأمر بالنسبة لاثيوبيا. كما كنت قمت بالشيء نفسه بخصوص كينيا وتنبأت بانها ستسحب اعترافها بالبوليساريو وستعلن دعمها للموقف المغربي وهو ما حصل بالفعل.
