Great #RockingAphasia event today in the School hosted by @abracabadger and colleagues from @CityLCS that helped to raise awareness of aphasia, which is a complex language disorder caused by brain injuries such as stroke, cancer or head trauma

I am SO STRUCK by people’s stories time and time again. Have just had a moment - could we achieve a step change by enabling ppl w #aphasia and families to create a personal story with photos from ACUTE onwards so all staff and all students know the person behind the #aphasia…?
