@Beachbody I purchased the promotion of extending my Beachbody membership for $99 in 8/12. After I did that Autumn Calabrese posted a link for free equipment (of course I’m willing to pay for shipping). I’m requesting that free equipment but customer service will not honor it.

@Beachbody has no regard for their customers well being. Only care about the money. I was in the hospital on Monday and found out I needed to have surgery. Beachbody knowing this, refused to refund a same day charge for renewal. Makes me sick.
