Watching the Clarity Act hearing and it’s becoming very clear who understands innovation and who is still fighting to protect an old system. Elizabeth Warren continues to approach crypto from fear and control instead of understanding the technology, while Cynthia Lummis is actually focused on regulation that allows innovation, transparency and growth inside the United States.
This is bigger than crypto. This is a battle between preserving an aging financial system built on debt and inflation vs embracing a new system built on blockchain rails, transparency and ownership.
Rooting for @SenLummis. Keep crushing it. Warriors are watching history being written in real time.

Weird that all the ancaps on this site support government seizure of dormant P2PK/Satoshi bitcoin.
Of course a QC ECC break will be considered a national security emergency and any company possessing such capabilities will either be closely aligned or immediately nationalized (by America or China). All QC-vulnerable coins will inevitably seized by government.
Personally, I’d rather the community burn the coins than let the government seize them.
But it seems that many of you are secretly government maximalists. Massive L NGL.
Oh well, I’d be happy with them all being seized for the US National Strategic Reserve because I am a patriot. Will just make Americans even richer in comparison to europoors, who will become a permanent underclass (already have, but I do like having a nice open air museum to visit).
So I guess I’m okay with it either way.
