@louioo going round in circles talking to customer support about getting @Hyperoptic installed in our block of flats. Been given the runaround for the last 3 months being told installation is "90% complete, within the month" any help appreciated!

@virginmedia I've checked the service page and it's not coming up with any issues in my area as such, although it's saying last update was Monday. TiVO v6 and my Panasonic Smart TV both have the issue.
