seattlechildrens.org/research/cente… @seattlechildren - a superb collection of pediatric brain tumor cell lines and PDX. But it appears these cell lines are not included in @Cellosaurus or @CancerDepMap - meaning that the broader community may not be aware of this precious resource

We identified PHF6 as a critical #dependency for the survival of #SMARCB1-mutant cancers through #CRISPR screenings conducted in collaboration with @cancerdepmap.
