seattlechildrens.org/research/cente… @seattlechildren - a superb collection of pediatric brain tumor cell lines and PDX. But it appears these cell lines are not included in @Cellosaurus or @CancerDepMap - meaning that the broader community may not be aware of this precious resource

We identified PHF6 as a critical #dependency for the survival of #SMARCB1-mutant cancers through #CRISPR screenings conducted in collaboration with @cancerdepmap.

As always, the bi-annual DepMap Release datasets are available to download, and now organized in the “Current Release” section of the DataHub. All datasets can be found in the “All Data” section. You can also curate custom contexts in the “Custom Downloads” section.

Explore our new DataHub! The DepMap Downloads page is now a DataHub, where you can download files and find useful information about DepMap Release datasets. In the “Overview” section, you can learn how DepMap data is structured and how to map and cite DepMap Release data.

Data Explorer 2.0 provides greater capabilities for plotting and visualizing data. To get started, check out our tutorial, which can be found on the Data Explorer 2.0 landing page. Keep an eye out for future posts about tutorials, upcoming webinars, and more!
