@CarpetrightHelp I have been waiting nearly 4 weeks for a refund from your Aberdeen Bridge of Don branch for a refund due to an incorrect carpet being fitted in my house. Can someone please explain why this is taking so long to sort.

@CarpetrightHelp hi we bought a superking bed from you a few weeks ago and when we received the delivery two single mattresses had been sent instead of a superking. We have spoken to the shop a number of times and being told there is no update on when we can expect our mattress

@CarpetrightHelp my carpet has been a year and is in appalling condition. It will all need ripping up and replacing. It has huge threadbare areas and rough edges. I'm unable to hoover the edges and have to go round on my hands & knees so as not to tear the rest up. It cost us 2k!
