@Carpetright Woking store continues to be unable to offer me help on my order. phone or in person. ordered weeks ago and was never told there were issues until I was called to confirm fitting and told there were over 6 week delays. Money taken. no carpet. no service. Help please

@Carpetright un frustrated that I contacted you as well as my disability advocate because I can’t access the Shirley store. The door is too heavy. They said three months ago they will sort it out. However, we can’t give you any more updates because it’s investigation.

@Carpetright I am not putting that sort of information out on twitter. In conversations with CR staff, they couldn't follow an order number anyway. Had nothing but lies from the Walton staff. Strange they claim they didn't have a contact number when a fitter called to arrange a date

@Carpetright When you book fitting, customer expects that the carpet will be fitted on the day and not advised by carpet fitter that the remain job will be completed 7 days later. More importantly!, when you contact customer services, please have decency to reply. Poor service!
