@Goatboy991994 Not only did AJ lie in court, but he was called out for it by the judge. And he used Signal to communicate with a defense expert when he knew he was supposed to store communications for 5 years. He was one of the most unethical defense attorneys I've ever seen in a case.

I'm seeing Aidan Kearney bring back 2:27 am, and frankly, he should be embarrassed. That claim, one he pushed for years and years, and used as the cornerstone of the #FKR "movement," has been thoroughly debunked by every digital forensics expert who has reviewed it. There isn't a single digital phone expert who will go on record to say it was a Google search. Notta one! Even Karen's own expert, Richard Green, refused to go on the record for fear of perjury. To be clear... It wasn’t a search. It was a WAL file of a tab session and stored in the BrowserState.db. A WAL file is a temporary system log that users can’t access or delete. More importantly, it was a browser refocus event, not a search. If it were real, it would appear in the History or Knowledge C databases. It doesn’t. Full stop. This should end the discussion, but here we are. You know what's not debatable but gets no traction: the GPS and phone data John O’Keefe’s phone: • Arrives at Fairview ~12:24am • John steps out of the Lexus at 12:31:55 am • John begins to take 36 steps at 12:32 am • Karen’s Lexus Telemetry records high-speed reverse event at 12:32:09 am • John’s phone records his final movement at 12:32:16 • John never moves again until 6:15 am • His phone battery temperature NEVER warms, proving he didn’t enter a warmer environment To believe the “inside the house” theory, you have to believe: the phone stopped tracking movement the moment he entered, recorded no steps inside, showed no temperature fluctuations, and somehow ended up back outside without logging movement during an attack and dog mauling event. That’s not how these systems work. And the data is crystal clear: 2:27 am is a misdirection, John NEVER entered the house, and not one piece of data points to anyone other than #KarenRead. To be honest, this is the weakest narrative, and the fact that it still holds your attention after all these years says more about you at this point than it does about Karen and Aidan.

It wasn't a search at 227a but a tab browser session. It's proven because it's a WAL file and located in the Browser State db. If it was a real Google search, it would be stored in the History DB or Knowledge DB. All misdirected. It's why Karen couldn't get an expert for the retrial, but it didn't matter because she tainted her jury. Wake up!

The Kelsey Fitzsimmon’s case really comes down to a he-said/she-said situation. Their stories are completely different. 👉Officer Noonan describes Kelsey in a sitting position before lunging toward the gun (that’s presumed to be in a shoebox on top of a trunk behind a doorway) and pulling it out at him. 👉Kelsey describes that Noonan wasn’t even in the room when she ran to a trunk and opened it up, pulled out a shoebox, and then lifted the gun to her temple. (I thought there would be more ballistics regarding the angle of the shot from the defense. Maybe that’s still coming?) 👉Kelsey felt like her world was over in that moment. She had been stripped of her child, a broken engagement, and felt betrayed by friends. Anyone with a heart can understand that she was in pain. The problem here is… 👉A suicidal person is not immune from homicidal efforts if they are impulsively reacting in the moment. Murder-suicides happen all the time unfortunately, and so do suicides-by-cop. The rational decision-making can go out the window when emotions are so heightened and a person feels like their world is over. 👉Officer Noonan has no gain from shooting Kelsey if she was trying to shoot herself. No emotional gain, no physical gain. Nothing. The motive is not there. The only reason he would potentially lie is if he accidentally responded to her holding a gun at herself by shooting her as well. Other things that hold weight: 👉Kelsey was showing aggressive and erratic behaviors to her friends and ex fiancé leading up to this date. 👉She allegedly made concerning statements regarding herself and her child. 👉She was recovering from PPD, and had her guns taken away temporarily. 👉 If there is anything that may favor her story of events it would be that she says she did not know that Justin was in the house at that time she is accused of being homicidal. What are your thoughts, guys?

She’s claiming her life was over and immediately assumed she’d lose her house and job, without even reading the affidavit or knowing what was being alleged. Instead of responding to the allegations, her reaction was to harm herself. That’s hard to reconcile with someone insisting the claims aren’t true. If the narrative is that everyone is lying, it doesn’t line up with reacting as if everything was already lost.

I understand that she’s a “self-proclaimed a-hole but only to trolls”which she said in multiple streams, but otherwise she was reasonable and seemed self-aware. I know what happened with Turtleboy recording Karen and how Meredith was secretly the villain but tried to somehow put the blame or make it seem like it was NK, Nan, and others. Maybe it’s just Nan having been attacked from those rumors and now she is defensive. I guess i will stop cwring but im GENUINELY surprised by her, most of all.

FYI: @YannettiJohnson deleted the previous version of our brand video and uploaded this one, to avoid the trigger warning. It didn’t occur to us that the video would be flagged by YouTube for the split-second posting of a pic that has already been shown hundreds of times in the media. But it certainly was not essential to the video anyway, so it’s far better that this was flagged early on while we are still working with our media company. We are very pleased with the final result.
