MHA ran out of steam once Deku and AFO became the focus. Not saying it wasn’t good, but MHA is the ENDING of the show. Still felt like they held back.

@ManosSalvaje @vxnshe @Acceletor4882 JJK had more bursts but they’re overall lower quality made up by the fact that it’s longer and has more frames. It’s defiantly not movie level in that aspect although the compositing and visuals are nice (they both have nothing to do with the actual animation)

@ManosSalvaje @vxnshe @Acceletor4882 JJK had better spatial manipulation because they needed to define volume with less lines but its lesser quality even if it moves more and that’s more skill then labor intensive as the mha sequences are. The character models themselves are way more detailed and looks movie level.

I found MHA more impressive because of the detail it could retain and the higher peaks, overall it’s better animated especially with the complex drawings and detailed action that doesn’t become low quality.

@Ilovepie31 @MicGlitch Season 8 is higher quality and prioritizes detail unlike JJK’s average sequence. The difference in quality is bright as day. JJK made a trade off for detail a long time ago after season one for more volumetric animation. It’s good but just because it moves more ≠ better

@Checked27 @MicGlitch Actually it does, having distinct balance of looks and movement matters in animation. There's not a single quality in MHA anime that clears the average to highs of JJK from S2 or 3

Bones is the superior studio because they pushed their staff to put out more mediocre work while Mappa made sure the season had a set standard for quality (while also doing Reze)? These types of MHA fans need to go. The entire thread stinks.
