They destroy there aspect and things associated with it Dirk could destroy souls as his literal power but he also broke the hearts of anyone who ever loved him

I feel like everyone forgets that Sburb is first and foremost a game that is about the players growing up. Everyone treats it like a game with strict rules. Time player this space player that. Those are just the rules and parameters the players in the comic had to grow up with.

There may be a tiny fraction who develop the disorder naturally, but its an antisocial behavior. Id expect similar causes to those that cause other antisocial behaviors. Embracing the behavior doesn't treat it
