@Addyant23 @PAFC Not worried about Berry. The kids not a bust simply because he isnt a superstar of the game in his second year. Part of the problem is we have drafted so few first/second round players in the last 5 years that the few we have taken get put under the microscope by supporters.

Several Positive and Negatives @PAFC Positive: - Sweet dominated, as he should - Josh Lai looks a player - Good response from Butters - Whitlock is growing, forming a good duo with George - Aliir awesome - Wines is important for us - Liked the idea of JHF alone inside 50

How can they justify doing this AGAIN? Increase in cost to the end-user almost every year. What better functionality has been delivered? What improved UX has been built? Where's the added benefit to the customer?

@nicksplitter Just locked in $20 a month off for 6 months in a retention deal that takes me through to end of July. Im ok with $26 a month. All they need to do is add 4k to the standard plan and it becomes reasonable again.

@lagoonki @Ginger234842730 @PeterCeasefire Um, who’s bullshitting now? I’m also from SA and power prices have increased significantly over the last few years while at the same time feed-in tarrifs have been reduced to practically nothing.

@AshPolitik Once you force renewables to carry the exact same firming burden that nuclear carries by itself (zero fuel, 92–95 % CF, 80-year life, no backup needed), nuclear crushes the LCOE of 100 % VRE stacks. Nuclear is only expensive because your comparing apples to unicorns.

Half way there. @PAFC has finally got a much needed fresh start, new coaches, fitness, football staff, but urgently need a refresh at board level. Just like when KT, Kochie and Ken came came to the club with new ideas and fresh energy. Don't do just half a job Port, complete it.

@ClareONeilMP Labor keeps treating this housing crisis like its a demand problem. It’s not. The only real solution is more houses. Ramp up the supply and let the market correct the prices.

@ClareONeilMP The only thing that fixes the housing crisis is more houses. Every other policy, especially those that boost demand without increasing supply, just adds fuel to the fire.

@ringsau @_TheRealFano_ @CampbellNewman So you're not actually self-sufficient even after at least 40k to 50k worth of solar & battery investment, and your "credits" are coming mostly from FITs, which are largely being phased down if not out entirely. Without FiTs that 5MWh diff still costs 2K per year. Yet you gloat?

@_TheRealFano_ @CampbellNewman No Reverse actually We use heaps of energy. Because it’s almost free during the day Our house needed 12.2MWh to run in 2024 But we only 4.9MWh was bought from the grid. Thanks to solar and batteries. And what we exported to the grid earned enough to put us in credit.

You are so full of it mate. We happen to have 9kW of solar panels, a 40kWhr Tesla battery system and an EV at our home. And guess what? After an investment (by an affluent household) of over $45k in the panels and the battery we still get a power bill. That's because your mates in the electricity (scam) sector keep rigging the charges on consumers. For example the more solar that is installed the more they crack up the daily connection fee. And now they are going to charge people for export to the grid. Before zealots like you hijacked this country we had reliable coal fired power, affordable electricity bills and we didn't have to spend tens of thousands of dollars for a solar system and a battery.
💧simon holmes à court 🦋@simonahac

add a home battery and an EV and most households would never need to pay a petrol bill ever again. theguardian.com/australia-news…

Thanks for the role you played at the club during your tenure @warrentredrea Grateful that you leave the club in a better place than what it was when you got into the board. Shame that personal vendettas can't be set aside for the betterment of the club.

@Addyant23 @PAFC Dont mind our strategy though. Arguably if a player is still there at our picks they will likely still be there as rookie or mid season options where the contract is more flexible. Ramm & Evans both great examples of us bringing draft age talent onto the list outside of the ND.

Shame that @PAFC aren't keen on taking any picks on draft night. I have big hopes for Blake Oudshoorn-Bennier and Zane Peucker who should be at our first pick. Would've loved for us to take a punt. Let's see how draft night goes but keen to see where those 2 end up regardless

Nuclear for Australia@nuclearforaus·
Some 60 countries are adding or considering adding nuclear to their mix, yet the Energy Minister calls the nuclear renaissance a "chimera" that "only exists only in the minds of nuclear boosters". The truth is Australia's energy crisis is worsening without a reliable clean energy source in the mix. Australia is the only Top 20 economy with a ban on nuclear power. ✍️Take Action 📚Learn More 🛍️ Shop Merch nuclearforaustralia.com Note: Some quotes have been paraphrased for conciseness but still retain their original meaning.

GOOD MORNING ALL, AFC CROWS 🟦🟥🟨 WALK CALLUM AH CHEE TO THE PRE SEASON DRAFT IF BRISBANE WANNA PLAY HARD BALL ! LIONS WERE TOLD MONTHS AGO OF THE MOVE .. and also that our first pick was non- negotiable !!!! WALK HIM CROWS … DO IT !!! 🤗🤗🤗 “Adelaide won’t budge on a future second round pick, given they currently don’t have a second round selection in this year’s draft. This is a classic who blinks first? Brisbane don’t have much else on so they may as well push it deep, while the Crows would back themselves to take Ah Chee via the pre-season draft for northing if needed." - Tom Morris
