Well no, not all Sikhs are allowed to wear the Kirpan, you’ll need to be baptised first. A baptised Sikh is easy to recognise from the 5 Ks - baptised Sikhs wear a turban, Kachera, Kara, Kanga, uncut hair Kesh and a Kirpan. So yeah, if you’re ready to do all this, you can wear a Kirpan.
