Not impressed by first raft of security qus on gov.uk All except one of these qus imply or indicate some kind of privilege (higher education, class, wealth). This really isn't good enough for a universal form on a universally used website.

Spoken to a lot of folks recently who can’t do the job they’re hired to do. Not just in content design, but across different professions in different sectors. It’s got me thinking: are jobs actually scoped wrong? Do we have unrealistic expectations of what’s possible at work?

@heawood And the admin overhead for schools must be exhausting. And there must be a ton of failure demand, from parents missing stuff. I am itching to fix it
