THEY DIDN’T JUST ATTEND A FUNERAL.
THEY HELD A WAR COUNCIL.
Obama. Biden. Clinton. All in one room. Today.
While the media showed you tears, they were making deals.
Why?
Because the new Epstein files just dropped.
Because the Iran war is on Day 7.
Because the US economy just lost 92,000 jobs.
They aren’t mourning a civil rights leader.
They are mourning the end of their empire.
They know what’s coming.
Trump has it all.
And he’s letting them gather one last time.
Before the storm hits.
FOLLOW ME, TURN ON NOTIFICATIONS THE NEXT DROP WILL BE SHOCKING

@harryjsisson Trump doesnt tweet. He has a social media tech that does it on scheduled release timer.

Trump is having a mental health episode right now. He’s been posting on social media all night. He posted at:
9:49pm (Ai Jesus photo)
9:50pm (Trump tower on moon)
10:10pm (dumb meme)
10:32pm (news clip)
10:53pm (news clip)
12:43am (announcing Hormuz blockade)
2:35am (article about Biden)
2:36am (article on naval blockade)
2:37am (article on Rep. Swalwell)
2:37am (posted the same article about Biden again)
2:38am (article on his ballroom)
4:10am (article on Iran)
He’s not sleeping, he’s pretending to be Jesus, and he’s posting all night. He’s not well.

Jim Jordan (U.S. Representative from Ohio), Riley claimed in the recordings that Jordan was one of the men who sexually abused him as a child. Specific details from listener summaries and timestamps of the audio include:Riley described a party (organized or involving someone referred to as WKR, possibly linked to his adoptive father William Riley) at a farm where he was around age 12 (circa 1985). He alleged that attendees were told something like "if you can pin this boy, you can have your way with him." Riley said he and other children could fight off most adults, but Jim Jordan tackled and raped him.

Why Unproven Accusations of R8PE Remain on X and What Makes a Statement Defamatory?: A look into Sara McCune and her claims against the world's richest man, Elon Musk.
x.com/BGENsara/statu…
- **False statement of fact** (not opinion).
- **Published** to others (here, 400k+ views and counting).
- **Causes reputational harm** (accusing someone of repeatedly raping a 12-year-old, child porn production, and trafficking is textbook "defamation per se"—courts presume damages for accusations of serious crimes like this).
If Sara McCune's post is untrue, it fits perfectly. Truth is an **absolute defense**, but the burden is on the plaintiff (Musk) to prove falsity in most cases once the statement is shown to be defamatory per se.
### Why it hasn't triggered immediate removal or a slam-dunk lawsuit
1. **Public figure standard ("actual malice")**: Elon Musk is a public figure. Under the 1964 Supreme Court case *New York Times v. Sullivan* (still the law), he would have to prove not just that the claims are false, but that @BGENsara **knew they were false** or acted with "reckless disregard" for the truth. Simply being wrong or delusional isn't enough. Courts protect even outrageous speech unless that high bar is met. Many similar wild accusations against public figures never succeed for this reason.
2. **X's free speech policy**: X (under Musk) does not preemptively censor civil defamation claims. Platforms have strong Section 230 protections anyway—they're not liable for user content. X only removes posts for violations of its own rules or court orders. "More speech" is the approach here: bad claims get countered by facts, scrutiny, and community notes rather than takedowns. (Musk has sued for defamation successfully before, like the "pedo guy" case he won, but he picks battles strategically.)
3. **No evidence + major credibility red flags on the accuser**:
- McCune has been posting similar claims since at least February 2026, naming the entire Musk family, ritual abuse, parents "selling" her, etc.
- She claims to be a U.S. Marine Brigadier General, Ph.D., combat veteran (Operation Iraqi Freedom) with an infantry MOS (0311) starting around 2004—roles that were not open to women in that capacity at the time, with no public military records matching her rank or story.
- She calls herself Musk's "adopted daughter" while alleging recent (2024) abductions/rapes by him alongside pre-1998 Epstein trafficking. Elon was a broke 27-year-old running Zip2 in 1998—not wealthy, famous, or connected enough for the scenario she describes.
- Recent Epstein file releases mention some Musk family correspondence (which Musk has publicly addressed as minimal and non-criminal), but **zero mention of McCune as a victim**, no Zorro Ranch link to Musk in the documents, and no police reports, lawsuits, or corroborating witnesses from her.
- Independent discussions (Reddit, X replies) widely flag this as lacking evidence, with her LinkedIn and older posts not matching the current accusations.
4. **Practical realities**: Suing every random accuser on X would amplify the claims (Streisand effect), cost millions, and tie up resources. Musk has said he pushed for the Epstein files' release and has denied deeper involvement. Victims with real evidence typically file civil suits or go to authorities first—not just tweet childhood photos with unverified stories. No lawsuit or police filing from her has surfaced.
In short: The post **stays up** because the U.S. strongly protects speech, even ugly or false speech, unless a court rules otherwise. It doesn't mean the claims are true or protected from civil consequences—just that the bar for forcing removal or winning damages is deliberately high to avoid chilling free expression. If new evidence emerged proving the statements false *and* made with actual malice, a defamation suit would be viable. Right now, it's just an unsubstantiated allegation getting the attention (and skepticism) it draws.

@Cottay91 @Willjstrobe @IamSean90 What is the long rigid object sticking up to the right as he’s climbing down?
What is holding the towel rigid in front of him on the ground?
You can clearly see this in the video as I’ve pointed out.
English

He was at the scene of the crime which was 3 hours from his home, with the rifle on the roof where the shooter shot from. 3 confessions, video & DNA evidence, & a match of the spent cartridge to the gun that conveniently gets left out by all you nut bags. So bAsIcAlLy nOtHiNg

Sincere question. What is the legal justification for continuing to hold Tyler Robinson in custody? If there is no valid bullet match? And no confession. What evidence is there? Please explain this to me like I am five years old. @RealCandaceO

@evren_mercan @maniaUFO Yeah thats bullshit. These stones arent geopolymers. UFO's were leaked to the public via news in the 1940's. Lmao. Low IQ shit-jousting.
English

@maniaUFO Maybe they were some kind of molds, and what we assumed was granite was actually some form of concrete. (There’s no such thing as UFOs, so please don’t connect this to that nonsense.)
English

Perfect star-shaped holes found in a granite quarry in Norway. These aren't modern drill marks; they are ancient and their purpose is completely unknown. How did they achieve such complex interior geometry and sharp 90-degree internal angles in one of the hardest stones on Earth?🧐🤔
From a mechanical engineering standpoint, creating a star-shaped hole requires a specialized broaching tool or advanced sonic drilling. Standard rotary drills only make round holes. These go deep into the granite with consistent symmetry. If this wasn't done with modern technology, what kind of 'lost' high-precision machinery were they using?

He wasn't carrying a rifle. He wasn't tucking a weapon under his sweater, he wasn't carrying it on his back (those are shadows), he threw the sweater down for a split second when he started scaling down the roof, he wasn't running with a rifle in his hands, he was using both hands while running.....
He stated himself in discord that his Mauser was some form of unique variant. Its possible he collapsed the weapon, but to me it looks like a dude running that was scouting where he shouldnt have been.
He was probably caught sharing explicit images of children on discord and was leveraged as a patsy
English

Yes, he threw the sweater down last second then re grabbed it. I watched this the day after the shooting.
So many copies have been re zoomed in, but you can clearly see exactly the same movements on the original. No rifle, no bending, no tucking of the weapon, devoid of any weight being moved arpund except a sweater
English

@YaakovRenewed Is there something about that video too..the shadows are off. He has it before he hits the white area. Idk

🚨 MAJOR BREAKING:
New court filing: the bullet used to kill Charlie Kirk does not match the rifle allegedly used by suspect Tyler Robinson.
The murder weapon and the alleged murder weapon are not the same weapon.
This is not a minor evidentiary dispute.
If the bullet doesn’t match the gun — the prosecution’s case has a fundamental problem.
Joe Kent said on Tucker Carlson that the NCTC investigation into Kirk’s death was stopped.
Kent said Kirk’s last words to him were: stop us from getting into a war with Iran.
Kent confirmed Kirk was under documented pressure from pro-Israel donors in the weeks before his death.
The investigation was stopped.
Now the bullet doesn’t match the gun.
