Seeing fellow authors engage with scammers here is disappointing, but unfortunately, not surprising. 🫠 It takes ~7 seconds to check the profile geodata of everyone on Twitter. For as long as people fail to do this, the scammers will continue to plague us.🦠🧟 #WritingCommunity

Calling TLJ “not real Star Wars” because it dared to challenge heroes and explore failure isn’t just gatekeeping, it’s missing the point George Lucas made for decades. Movies for kids can still be for adults too. My guess is if you hate The Last Jedi, you would have hated The Empire Strikes Back too (if social media had been around to tell you how you were supposed to react to it).
