Very disappointed with Voltas. Purchased a 1Ton Split AC from Croma, and within only 1.5 months, the compressor gas leaked due to a defect in the indoor unit. Such an issue so soon after purchase is unacceptable. Expecting immediate support and resolution. @myvoltas @cromaretail

@cromaretail से मैने एक 84l ki फ्रिज खरीदी 24 may को 26may को मुझे फ्रिज डिलीवर हुई और 29 may ko फ्रिज ने cooling करना बंद कर दिया।मेरी नई फ्रिज केवल 2 दिन ही chali अभी रिप्लेसमेंट में होने के बावजूद croma रिप्लेसमेंट नहीं कर रही है।

@cromaretail Despite multiple complaints to repair my croma window 1.5 ton AC, it is yet to be serviced even after one month. After sales service in Croma is a scam. Last complaint was lodged on 13th May and still repair has not been done.
