@cromaretail you are the worst e-commerce company. If anyone buy anything online from you, then why do you expect them to bring the product back at the store if there is any issue ? The product in under warranty. Its been 2 weeks now. Maybe filing a customer complaint will help

@cromaretail I very disappointed purchased Croma TV on 30th may but in September I romoved the screen film and there was a scratch I m sorry to say customer handling is very very bad pathetic faltu company and MR Navin Rane juhu chroma was just saying one thing can’t do anything

@cromaretail 1/1 Hi I want to share one incident with everyone about chroma retail stores. I ordered @fireboltt__ smart watch from chroma online store. 1. Received watch after 4-5 days. 2. After receiving smart watch it doesn't on, I put that watch on chargeing but doesn't

1/2 charge. So I replaced that smart watch. 3. After the replacement I received a new smartwatch of the same model firebolt cyclone. 4. But it again faces the same issues not switch on and not even charging . It is very disappointing to shop at @cromaretail now I raise a request

@cromaretail 1/3 to return the watch. @cromaretail should send the watch in working condition but the two times I received the watch is not in working condition as well not charging. I hope now my ordered watch will return and I get my money back.
