@alextrades_s I don’t see anything difference in price action between now and 6 months ago. Still several hundred points daily, reversals, trends. What am I missing?

There’s two kinds of traders. The one that is able to walk away and the one that revenge trades. Overtrading kills more accounts than anything else. I used to be this way, getting angry that price wasn’t going my way and pushing the button again and again until I blew up all my accounts. It takes a lot of inner work, but believe me it’s worth it to work on not just your strategy and executions, but your mental game as well. Being able to walk away from the screen before it’s too late is a real skill set to work on. Don’t be the guy that revenge trades. Strategies that worked for me: 1. Writing down my game plan at the start of the morning. As long as I followed my plan, it’s a win. 2. Having pictures of family on my trading desk. Trading for others and not just yourself is important, it keeps you grounded. 3. Having alarms go off on my phone at the end of the session to bring me back to reality and remind me to walk away.

Thank you. I wasn't even telling people to avoid @Tradeify , but rather know what to expect if they are to trade with them.
I put out more awareness to their live policies and told no lies about it, yet the co owner didn't like it because I made them look bad. I don't know how to make it sound better for them when I've already acknowledged that the policies have been there and they had every right to do what they do.
Just an honest feedback as to how most traders wouldn't be looking forward to their "live program"
The funny thing was, after I said I would self ban myself from this disrespectful firm (gandalf called me names and said I was bullshitting, despite first sending me an email to congratulate me on getting my profits forfeited in process of being moved live), @GandalfTrader replied shortly that they will be making a big change next Monday and I'll be no part of it.
If they do change it to become the best live program, I'll take pride in making them realise that the change was needed, and be happy for all the other traders who may benefit from it, even without me
Anyways, as @dontbsalti correctly pointed out, can't expect someone who simps on a scammer (as from his reply to @dontbsalti) to be very bright 😆

some scalpers are genuinely elite, I respect it
but most 1-minute traders aren't scalpers
they're addicted to action, break-even at best, and too stimulated by the screen to notice they're consistently losing
not my world anymore
one clean, asymmetrical trade idea per day, that's it
and it'll outperform 20 random scalp attempts every single week

Congratulations to saying goodbye to 28k profits. We see that you are a couple of profit days from another 3 x 4.5k payouts and decided that you should be more happy with 2 x 4.5k live accounts, together with EOD trailing drawdown to make it more challenging.

@short_cap So how would lowering pdt delete prop firms and more importantly how would it benefit traders? They can already trade futures as there’s no pdt. How long would traders lose $15k in stocks vs a few evals a month?

We are tired of seeing all this prop trading content being promoted and discussed in the retail world .
We hope the mass lowering of the PDT rule deletes the entire prop industry.
Successful traders don’t need prop accounts .
