For 5 years, Pedro and Smiles were attached at the hip. They slept together, rode in the truck together everywhere I went, I walked them in the park together. They were always together. I’ve never seen Pedro like this. He ran all across the entire ranch looking for Smiles this morning, then has been lying in the sand whimpering. Gut wrenching. Hard to take.
