He could care less about the people he is supposed to represent. He is literally taking away any available safe guard that any other project would have to go through - expensive and creates NO NEW WATER ! #Tunnel

Interesting timing to launch the portal at the same time as the @CAgovernor attempts to jam through trailer bills to remove or weaken environmental requirements applicable to the tunnel.
