can the EVM please raise the contract size limit - its been almost 10 years since it was raised (eip 170 was nov 16) worst off, L2s need to adhere to the contract size limit to be evm equiv, so its not like L2s can experiment either

I'll argue for the other side, just for funsies. Considering most teams are moving towards intents, we're starting to see interblock pricing proliferate, sort of.What does that mean? It means we sort of, kind-of, just little splash-of, get prop AMM's in Ethereum. If you want to see this happen "live" check out your fav amm swap (eg: COW) and backtest auctions, bids, and the winning prices against Binance and other exchanges. What you'll see is the best on-chain only solvers quote significantly higher then the rest. I'm talking like 25-100bps higher!! This is because they run off private liquidity, and they can bid up to the last second of the auction to price as tightly to the live CEX price. So sort-of, kind-of, prop-like AMM features. Kinda of. Sooooo when it comes to frontends I will ask does it matter? Most wallets are moving towards intents, all net new users will never touch a traditional front-end. I do agree, we should be optimizing for the AMM, so the user can get a censorship resistant price, I'd fight for it. ----- Now I think there are even worse tradeoffs that exist that happen closer to liquidations, but that's a completely different can of worms :)
