@ValerieAnne1970 My daughter ate Mac n cheese from a Whole Foods buffet. She got salmonella and had to go to the ER. Maybe they are trying to prevent that from happening. I hadn’t realized the danger of mac n cheese sitting out until I watched it happen to my daughter

That was when I was in high school. There was no need for that and I felt like he didn’t know me enough to love me. We were just kids. And yes, many high school sweethearts get married… but they felt the love for real. I did not and didn’t like someone saying it to me when I felt he didn’t know me enough.

Well… we’ve been married almost 30 yrs and so far so good… in fact it just keeps getting better and better w time. ❤️ Also, it’s not based just on my experience… there is a plethora of research demonstrating what I have said about fathers. In addition, we have been fostering teenage girls. We have a 17 yr old right now and have had her for 2 years. She has grown leaps and bounds because of our marriage and my husband caring for her. They are going to a rock concert this Saturday… it will be their fourth one. The concerts are for underage teenagers, and my husband goes and sits and watches. She is so happy to have a real actual father figure. In fact, when we got her at 15 she had a “boyfriend”. After about 6 months she broke up w him and told us that he didn’t treat her well emotionally and that watching us has made her see what love looks like. Girls need a father

@DynamicTess @TemooTitan That’s honestly very rude and comes from a place of privilege. You don’t get to define someone’s worth or story based on your experience. And what are the odds, if years from now you end up divorced and your husband turns out to be an abusive partner? Life happens. Things change.

Why yall so crabby 🦀 ? Lol I think Pepper makes a good point, whole healthy people don’t tend to fall for these things and she shared her story to give context. Some of yall are so easily offended lol I, on the other hand, was broken, parents divorced early yada yada..and fell for the love bombing, abusive relationships several times. After a divorce, being single for an extended time and getting myself right, I’m happily married in a healthy relationship. @DynamicTess nailed it.

I was merely pointing out something obvious. Dad’s matter. If she had a strong relationship with her father she would not have fallen for fake love bombing. It seems like you know that on one level (your post) but decided to be virtuous and chastising when someone applies that fact to a real life situation.

Wow. You have a distorted idea about what “mocking” is. I was giving my observation based on experience. Not just mine, but w many teenagers when I was young and now w teenage girls who are in foster care and cling to the first guy who says he “loves” her. When girls have a father who is present they don’t fall for the fake love bombing. Just psychology 101. Not mocking. I am sorry that it looks like she had a bad childhood. Very clearly has a low self esteem. It is sad

Un profesor del MIT dio la misma conferencia cada enero durante 40 años, y cada una de las veces no cabía ni un alma en el aula. La vi a las 2 de la mañana y cambió por completo mi forma de entender la comunicación. Su nombre era Patrick Winston. La conferencia se titula "Cómo hablar" (How to Speak). 🚨BREAKING: MADURO IMPLICATES 60 US SENATORS AS PART OF "VENEZUELA LIST" OF US POLITICIANS WHO HAVE TAKEN MILLIONS OF DOLLARS IN BRIBES FROM HIS REGIME IN EXCHANGE FOR ALLOWING DEADLY DRUGS TO FLOW INTO OUR COUNTRY AT THE HANDS OF VENEZUELAN NARCOTERRORISTS AND UNDERMINING PRESIDENT TRUMP'S ONGOING WAR WITH THESE DRUG TRAFFICKING ORGANIZATIONS. He is reportedly set to testify against top names including Rand Paul, Chuck Schumer, Adam Schiff, John Thune, Mitch McConnell, Mark Kelly, Elissa Slotkin and MANY OTHERS as being "on the take" and essentially aiding and abetting THE ENEMY in poisoning our country and our fellow citizens. By the time Maduro is done "spilling the beans", they are going to have to build a new federal prison for all of these TRAITORS within our government. 🇺🇸💪🏻🔥

First of all, I am very happy to hear that you have reverence for the Virgin Mary. I grew up in the Deep South (Louisiana) and absolutely never heard negativity about being Catholic. My best friend through college (and still friends) is a Baptist and we never had an issue. We then moved to the “Bible Belt” in SC and the culture shock was significant. Too many things to write, but I had to defend our faith constantly from Baptists… “THEY PRAY TO MARY!”… “THEY ARE NOT CHRISTIAN!” “THEY FOLLOW THE POPE, NOT JESUS” THEY PRAY ON BEADS!” “THEY IDOL WORSHIP”. “THEY ARE GOING TO HELL!” I know for a fact that the Baptists obsessed about us. We put our son in a “nondenominational” private school where he was harassed and singled out constantly by teachers, coaches and even a guest speaker made him stand up at an assembly b/c he was Catholic. My son got in the car that day, and said I had to get him out of there and to a Catholic school. My husband’s family is Protestant… they basically disowned him when he became Catholic. His parents never got to know our kids and literally did not love them because we were Catholic. We have more than enough experience w this matter to know… and the vitriol only flows one way. Catholics do not attack Baptists. Other religions are below our radar… just not something we are concerned about. EXCEPT … there is a line in mass where we pray that one day all the religions will come together as one holy Catholic apostolic church.

OMGosh. It’s not a denomination. It IS the church Jesus Christ founded. Jesus named Peter as the first leader for after he died. All of the early Christian’s were of one faith… The Christian faith, later called the Catholic Church. We decided which books made up the bible. Martin Luther broke off from our church in the 1500’s. We are the originals. My husband was raised protestant, but he is an intellectual… PhD in Chemistry and then went to medical school. He read. He studied. There is only one answer. The Catholic Church. He was converting before he met me because of his own research.

WHEN THE WORLD DEMANDS COMPROMISE   In these days of great confusion, many faithful Catholics are feeling unsettled – some even shaken – by the intensity of political pressure, public accusations, and the growing hostility toward those who simply hold to the perennial teaching of the Catholic Church.   Let me speak clearly, as a shepherd of souls:   “If you feel that the ground beneath you is shaking, it is not because the truth has changed – it is because many have unknowingly anchored themselves to things that cannot hold.   Political parties cannot save us. Governments cannot define truth. And no earthly movement – no matter how powerful – can replace the Kingship of Jesus Christ.   Our foundation is not found in Washington, nor in any administration, nor in any political identity. Our foundation is Jesus Christ.   As Our Lord Himself declares: “Every one therefore that heareth these my words, & doth them, shall be likened to a wise man that built his house upon a rock.” (Matthew 7:24)   That Rock is not a party. That Rock is not an ideology. That Rock is not a geopolitical agenda. That Rock is Christ – and Christ alone.   ON FALSE ACCUSATIONS AND CONFUSION   We are now witnessing a troubling trend: faithful Catholics are being labeled as “anti-Semitic” simply for refusing to adopt certain theological or political positions – particularly those tied to forms of modern Christian Zionism.   Let me be absolutely clear:   The Catholic Church rejects hatred of any people, including the Jewish people. Anti-Semitism is a sin. It is unjust. It is contrary to the Gospel.   But it is equally unjust to accuse Catholics of hatred simply because we do not accept theological positions that are foreign to the Catholic faith.   The Church does not teach that the rebuilding of a temple or adherence to a particular political program is necessary for the return of Christ. Our Lord has already fulfilled the covenant.   The People of God are not defined by ethnicity, nor by political alliances, but by faith in Jesus Christ and obedience to His will.   ON WAR, SUFFERING, AND HUMAN DIGNITY   The Catholic Church does not cheer for war. She does not sanctify violence. She does not ignore the suffering of innocent people – anywhere. Whether in Gaza, Israel, or any part of the world, every human life is sacred.   To speak of suffering, to mourn the loss of innocent life, to call for justice – this is not hatred. It is the Gospel. Our Lord said: “Blessed are the peacemakers: for they shall be called the children of God.” (Matthew 5:9)   A Catholic conscience must never be silenced by political pressure or fear of accusation.   OUR POLITICAL IDOLATRY   Many Catholics today are experiencing turmoil because their identity has become too closely tied to a political party or movement. This is a dangerous mistake. No political party fully represents the truth of the Gospel. No administration is the Kingdom of God.   When we anchor ourselves to politics, we will eventually be shaken – because politics always shifts. But when we are anchored in Christ, we remain firm, even when the world trembles.   A WORD TO THE FAITHFUL   If you feel uncertain … If you feel pressured … If you feel accused or misunderstood …   Hear this clearly:   You are not on shaky ground if you stand with Christ.   You are only shaken if your foundation is elsewhere.   Return to Him. Remain in Him. Stand firmly in the truth of His Church.   FINAL EXHORTATION   This is not a time for fear. This is a time for clarity. We must reject hatred. We must reject false accusations. We must reject every attempt to force the Church into conformity with worldly ideologies.   And we must proclaim, without compromise:   JESUS CHRIST IS LORD.   Not Caesar. Not any party. Not any movement. Christ alone.   Therefore, stand firm in Him. Do not be shaken, do not be silenced, & do not be led astray. Remain faithful, remain rooted, & hold fast to the truth – no matter the cost. +Joseph

𝗧𝗥𝗨𝗠𝗣 𝗜𝗦 𝗔𝗟𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗗𝗬 𝗕𝗨𝗜𝗟𝗗𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟴. 𝗛𝗘 𝗝𝗨𝗦𝗧 𝗛𝗔𝗦𝗡'𝗧 𝗧𝗢𝗟𝗗 𝗬𝗢𝗨 𝗬𝗘𝗧. Watch what Trump actually did — not what he said, but what he did. He put Marco Rubio in charge of the world. And he put JD Vance in charge of finding every dollar that was stolen from the American people. Those aren't random assignments. That's a chess move. Rubio becomes the face of whatever happens globally — the Iran war, the foreign policy realignment, the restoration of American strength abroad. If it goes well, he owns it. If it doesn't, he owns that too. Either way, by 2028 we'll know exactly what Marco Rubio is made of under real pressure. Vance gets the domestic mission — fraud, waste, corruption, government theft — and he gets it publicly, relentlessly, case by case. The Minneapolis story alone — billions siphoned from programs meant to feed hungry children — gives the argument exactly what every political argument needs: a villain, a victim, a number, and outrage. Trump even said it almost offhandedly: 𝘪𝘧 𝘸𝘦 𝘧𝘰𝘶𝘯𝘥 𝘩𝘢𝘭𝘧 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘧𝘳𝘢𝘶𝘥, 𝘸𝘦'𝘥 𝘩𝘢𝘷𝘦 𝘢 𝘣𝘢𝘭𝘢𝘯𝘤𝘦𝘥 𝘣𝘶𝘥𝘨𝘦𝘵. That line isn't accounting. That's the thesis of 2028. It reframes the entire economic debate. No more painful austerity talk, no more "we have to cut programs." The new message is simple and devastating: 𝘴𝘰𝘮𝘦𝘰𝘯𝘦 𝘴𝘵𝘰𝘭𝘦 𝘧𝘳𝘰𝘮 𝘺𝘰𝘶. 𝘞𝘦 𝘴𝘵𝘰𝘱𝘱𝘦𝘥 𝘪𝘵. 𝘕𝘰𝘸 𝘸𝘦 𝘤𝘢𝘯 𝘱𝘳𝘰𝘷𝘦 𝘪𝘵. And then Vance turns to Gavin Newsom — or whoever the Democrat nominee is — and asks the question they cannot answer: before you promise us more programs and more spending, can you explain where the money went the last time? Can you explain why no one in your state stopped it? This is how you build a successor without naming one. You give them a lane. You give them a mission. You give them the chance to win — and the chance to fail. By 2028 we won't need to speculate about Rubio or Vance. We'll have watched them perform under actual pressure, on an actual stage, with actual consequences. If the economy holds, the fraud narrative becomes rocket fuel. If both men deliver — Rubio on the world stage and Vance on domestic accountability — we may be looking at the two strongest Republican candidates of a generation. Trump just put two pieces on the board. Watch them.

I just wrote something similar on another post. Protestants have something similar to TDS… they obsess about Catholics and misinform by lying about us. We live rent free in their brains… and the thing is… we never ever talk about them or their beliefs when we are at church. They talk about us constantly. And their visceral dislike of the Jesus Christ’s mother is bone chilling. God’s own mother! I say to these ppl on twitter.. would you want someone to demean and diminish YOUR mother??? No one wants that! But they do it to someone they claim to love… Jesus Christ!! SMH!

I honestly get worn out explaining this over and over…Jesus must have gotten so exhausted explaining himself over and over again. Who brought Jesus, the most perfect human ever born into the world? Half his DNA was from the Holy Spirit and the other half came from his mother, Mary. How could Jesus be born perfect without sin unless his mother was also perfect without sin? It’s honestly so insulting how dismissive Prots are of the MOTHER OF JESUS, THE MESSIAH, THE CHRIST…you think she didn’t play a massive role in his life, death, and resurrection? She is the most beautiful, submissive human who perfectly submitted to Gods will at every turn. She deserves our undying gratitude for the role she played in being Christ into this world. She is the last Ark of the Covenant to fulfill the last and final covenant which is Jesus’s resurrection. No one is ever asking anyone to worship her. She doesn’t want thy either. Is the Ark and continues to connect earth and heaven.

So sad to see PROTESTant groups have a similar syndrome like TDS… but against the Catholic Church. The Catholic Faith is the one true church, started by Jesus Christ Himself… not by some malcontent who separates from the roots of the tree and tries for the rest of their life to kill the roots of their very own tree! It’s crazy! They spread lies about our faith and the Virgin Mary. So sad. We honor her for being the Ark of the New Covenant… Jesus Christ. We honor her for saying yes to God despite the hardship it caused for her. We honor her for raising and loving Jesus Christ, and standing by Him as He died. If you were to insult a person’s mother… they would be angry. What is an SOB? It’s an insult to a persons mother. These ppl… Protestants …. repeatedly insult Jesus Christ’s own mother! God’s mother! They are irreverent towards her, and they have a visceral dislike of her. They demean her and try to diminish her great life on earth. They need to try looking at what they are actually saying to GOD… “Your mother does not deserve to be honored”. To all the protestants… think about what you are saying to Jesus Christ when you demean His mother. So disrespectful. If you loved Jesus Christ… you would not insist on demeaning His mother… moreover… you would not have a visceral dislike of God’s mother!

@BishStrick Trump is doing God's work, freeing Iranian Christians. Catholics have always placed Mary above Christ, which is breaking the 10 Commandments. "Thou shall have no other gods before me." Christ, the Heavenly Father and the Holy Spirit are all God. Mary is not.
