The endorsement itself hardly matters – AOC will obviously win reelection – but it’s significant as DSA and AOC prep for a potential presidential run in 2028. If the Court only ruled on standing, why did it order Israel to take all measures within its power to prevent the commission of acts under Article II of the Genocide Convention?
