@megangrA I don't think you draw the line.....humans are not conditioned to be able to fend off apps that are scientifically engineered to hijack your brain....it's not a fair fight, and consumers need to fight back.

Gambling addiction is widely recognized, yet casinos are not required to do much to protect addicts or potential addicts (despite many lawsuits over many years). Is the magic ingredient now digitization? See this new case:

@DustinGouker It's not a parlay, it's a combo. And they're not games, they're markets. It's much safer.

Not all prediction markets are the same. Some are regulated in the United States. Some aren’t. Kalshi is. Rule #1: We ban insider trading. And we enforce it.

@mikulaja Everything these "prediction" markets do is f'ing around with semantics as to not circumvent the law and not have to play by the same rules as regulated companies.

“Under U.S. law” doesn’t mean *compliant* with U.S. law though, does it?
