A prospective section 8 tenant is interested in one of my empty 2 bedroom 1 bath unit of a Fourplex that I have in Phoenix. Previous renters moved out last week. I paid a deep cleaning for $350 and it’s ready to be rented. She said that her voucher is for a 2 bedroom 1 bath $1859. I have the apartment listed for $1650 and she said that if she likes the apartment she can rent it for the max limit voucher. Fingers crossed 🤞

**Street Takeover Update** Over 50 arrests were made…with more than 70 vehicles towed. What started as a street takeover attempt early this morning in the Woodward High School area ended very differently than the organizers probably expected. Officers from multiple agencies responded when a CPD Officer called for assistance after roughly 75 vehicles blocked the roadway and refused to disperse. Instead of the usual chaos, the response was coordinated and decisive. Two prisoner transport wagons and 18 cruisers were used to move those taken into custody. The impound lot even had to recall additional staff because of the sheer number of vehicles being towed. And here’s the most glorious part…every single one of the arrested subjects was accepted by the Hamilton County Justice Center. Now we’ll see what happens on the courtroom side. Outstanding work by the Officers who responded and restored order before things could spiral into something far worse. Friends, I am humbly requesting your prayers. Two weeks ago, during GI surgery, my dad’s doctors discovered lymphoma tumors. They have been spreading aggressively. Today, he started chemotherapy. He’s right next to me, currently getting his first dose of R-CHOP. If you would pray for him, my mom, and his doctors, my family and I would be grateful. His name is Brian and he’s the greatest man I’ve ever known. By the grace of God and with the support of a wonderful medical team, I’m confident he will beat this. Thank you 🙏

Vehicles losing control at interstate speeds in heavy traffic (like this scenario) will nearly always strike at least one other vehicle, or be struck by at lest one other vehicle… when you have a family, you will probably think differently.
