The notice period I got was definitely less than 14 days, but the main issue now is I am effectively locked out of my accounts as I have an account with the original UBank but also another account with 86400 under the same email

@Qantas customer service is an absolute mess and hopeless. I called in 3x to resolve what I think is a straightforward issue. Each time the consultant promised to call me back once they've followed up with the right department. Not once did I hear from them!! Liar! #qantasfail
