That's the honest stage most good tools sit in for a while product and pricing ready, demand still catching up. Word of mouth proves people like it; the pro and enterprise folks tend to show up once enough of the family-side users start vouching. Smart call branding to family photos even with the broader use cases sitting right there, the emotional one is what makes people try it, then the genealogists and historians find you on their own. Easier to widen from a clear story than to narrow a vague one. Are the pro users finding you already, or still mostly word of mouth on the family side?
