Today was a big day for our Liberal Party as we chart a new pathway forward to deliver affordable power for Australians as a first priority of our energy policy.

Speaking on the Coalition’s potential future energy policy Bridget McKenzie says that “lowering emissions is a non-negotiable, but it shouldn’t be at any cost” So then it’s negotiable? Think before talking Bridget, because you don’t make any sense. 🙄 #Today #auspol

Our plan will deliver affordable energy as a first priority, as well as responsible action to reduce emissions. That is what Australians need, want and deserve.

The Labor Federal and NSW Governments are leading us down a path of ruin with their pursuit to achieve net zero – a complete disregard for regional communities bearing the brunt of the rush to renewables. A balance has to be struck, the current calamity is cruelling the regions.

We’re fast-tracking our environmental law reforms to protect Australia’s incredible natural environment, while speeding up assessments and approvals for national priorities like housing, jobs, renewables, critical minerals and economic prosperity.

While I won’t be putting my hand up for Australian Idol anytime soon, $25 PBS scripts are worth singing about.

Small businesses don’t ask for much, just a level playing field, fair rules, and the chance to get on with the job.

Enough is enough. Enough press conferences. Enough platitudes. Enough prime ministerial mealy-mouthed words. Synagogues, homes, childcare centres are being firebombed. An anti-Semitic crisis rages on our streets. Finally the PM heeds our call to convene NatCab. Now he must act.

Big win. The NSW Labor Govt. has just banned no grounds evictions for residential tenancies. This is huge step forward to make our rental laws fair for the millions of renters in our state.

The Coalition is confident it can build earthquake resistant nuclear reactors so would Qld LNP federal MP Keith Pitt now have one in his electorate of Hinkler? #auspol skynews.com.au/australia-news…

Significant issue for #farm employers. We are getting more and more constraints about staff management. Ignorance of laws is no defence if you breach them. If you're not a @NSWFarmers IR member and attending their workshops? You have a big risk.
Mal Peters@peters_malcolm

The right to disconnect starts today, giving Australians legal cover to stop responding to emails and calls after hours- abc Having worked in many workplaces this must be the most stupid legislation ever. People worth contacting after hours are usually in love with their job.

@HefferStuart @NSWFarmers So you didnt appreciate or value the update on new state and federal legislation, nor the templates and documentation, nor the services to check if you're compliant with various rules and awards? Do you use a lawyer instead for that?

@HefferStuart @NSWFarmers Please explain your concerns with the IR services provided Stuart? I'd like to hear them. Overall the service is a hugely valued and highly rated service from most members who use it, so I'd love to hear views to the contrary so we can make it better.
