a promotional offer that stated I would receive $25 off after completing multiple qualifying orders, and that the credit would be issued on the 3rd I completed all required orders within the promo terms,but the $25 credit was never applied to my account. @DoorDash_Help @DoorDash

@DoorDash Violating me because your app keeps crashing in the middle of an order and causes the pickup and dropoff to be late but I get violated and my livelihood threatened because your app glitches out. How is that even fair?

@DoorDash used to have excellent customer service and the past few months, have completely went downhill! They don’t care if you’ve been a DashPass customer for years on end. If something goes wrong with your order, they don’t care. Very disappointed 👎🏻!!!
