@RoshaTheUndying @CityFredGov Not true. Littering is still a by-law whether the bin is full or not. We do not get to pick and choose which bylaws to follow. Frustrating though it was when they were full for days and days, we have to better than just throwing crap and expecting someone else to pick it up.

Please note the following change to the Community Recycling Bins located at the Brookside Mall. Due to littering at this location, the City will be moving the bins from Brookside Mall and consolidating this operation on City property to Willie O’Ree Place starting Sept 26.

The shooter at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland Florida was a 19 year old male. 17 people were murdered. The shooter at a Las Vegas music festival was a 64 year old male. 58 people were murdered. The shooter who opened fire at a movie theater in Aurora, Colorado was a 24 year old male. 12 people were murdered. The shooter at Covenant Christian school in Nashville was a 28 year old who identified as transgender. Three children & three adults were murdered. The shooter at Old National Bank in Louisville, Kentucky was a 25 year old male. 5 people were murdered. Sandy Hook. Waffle House. San Bernadino. Midland/Odessa. Poway Synagogue. Tree of Life Synagogue. Sutherland Springs. Buffalo. Highland Park. Uvalde. The ages and backgrounds of each and every one of those shooters differs. But two things do not - Innocent people were murdered going about their daily lives, and an AR-15 or a version of an AR-15 was used to murder them. How the hell is banning them even UP for debate?
