Dear @dkhos can you please help explain why it has been 7 days with no resolution to the issue with our @ubereats_uk username been changed without our permission,now we can not access our uber eats account or fulfil orders!! Case 08126571 raised last week! Come on @ubereats_uk!

@Uber_Support We have followed all the steps. That is how we raised the request in the first place?! Why is it so difficult for someone to resolve a simple issue!
