This world is so confusing. I'm glad I met my husband nearly 23 years ago. He was looking for a wife who loved Jesus. I was looking for a husband who loved Jesus. He must have thought I wasn't hideous to look at. He was cute to me. 4 kids and 19 years of marriage later, and I didn't go through any of today's nonsense. Thank you, Lord.

I believe it was Hugh Hefner who said that, and it is great when you have a boat load of money, however when you are someone who isn't a multi-millionaire that becomes less realistic. When I fire an employee, I fire them, they sometimes get severance, but I don't pay them until they find another job, or until the kids are out of college. Again, I don't disagree with you fully, just stating that there are a lot who are stuck because the choice is stay with an abusive wife, live on the streets, or live on the run because you haven't payed your alimony and/or child support. If you stay with the wife, at least you are dealing with a mostly known variable. I don't think there is a silver bullet solution to this problem, at least not until courts change and laws change.

@JoshuaLisec Some of the conservative men that I’ve known for decades are living this. Still married, and all have “trans” kids magically as a result of them letting their wives wear the pants in the relationship and in the home.

@JoshuaLisec There's a macro issue which is a lot of Christian conservative guys just don't have a lot of dating experience, and as such they feel they have to accept behaviors that are unacceptable, just from a scarcity mindset with women. I'm happy to say the quiet part out loud here.
