@musicviolal @crumbl 🥺 I didn’t want to make a big deal of it. I just was shocked that my money isn’t good enough. It’s not like I didn’t buy anything all year. In that case, they should charge you to be a rewards member. It’s ok, I enjoyed my free @nothingbundt cake. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼💞

@cosilobene_jotu @crumbl Yep, kinda. I ended up talking with customer service and they said it started January 2025. I think that’s a bad look for the company. The woman I spoke with was nice and gave me the free cookie just this one time. But that’s crazy to only reward certain members.
