Our anti-fuel price gouging laws are in force - and it means families can save up to $333 every year.
Servos that don't comply with capping and publishing prices on Servo Saver can face fines of more than $24,000 for every breach.
Because the last thing families need is to be ripped off at the pump.

Australia's diversity is our strength. And I’m proud our team is as diverse as the communities we represent.
Different backgrounds, different perspectives, all making us a better government.
On the International Day for the Elimination of Racial Discrimination, we’re committed to making sure every Australian feels safe and respected.
No matter what language you speak, or what faith you practice.

BREAKING: Labor is putting petrol companies on notice with bigger penalties for misconduct and more scrutiny and surveillance, and shoring up fuel supply.
Labor won’t cop big fuel corporates and servos treating Australians like mugs.
That's why we're doubling penalties for misleading conduct - now up to $100M - ramping up surveillance of suspicious price spikes, and improving coordination of fuel deliveries, especially in regional areas.
Australia is not immune to global economic uncertainty, but the industry is on notice not to exploit it, and that's why these measures will help make sure you are getting fair prices for fuel.

@MarkOfBitcoin @ausbtcclub Problem is, the younger generation is in the situation because people of your generation didn't fight hard enough. Now you blame them for not fighting to give yourself an out. It's okay though, we all in the same sinking boat so enjoy the Champaign while your heads above water.

I honestly think Australia is done. There is no coming back unless the army steps in with a coup, which is wont. But at my age, I'm getting to the point of thinking... Well, suck shit to those that were too weak to fight back. I've had a pretty good life and Australia will limp along to it's demise about the time I push off, so meh... Fuck it. If the younger than me can't be arsed fighting for it, why should I?

Here is a compiled thread of some of the projects currently building on Cardano as of March 2026.
I am fully aware I will have missed some, so feel free to add them into the thread.
I will try to do this more regularly as a way to showcase what is actually being built across the ecosystem. The market recently has been rough, and governance debates have taken their toll on sentiment and all of our energy levels.
But underneath that, builders continue building on Cardano So I wanted to start Sunday with a simple reminder of the utility and cool projects emerging across Cardano.

A refreshed framework for the Cardano 2026 budget cycle has been submitted!
Cardano's Treasury is one of the ecosystem's greatest strategic resources. Based on lessons from 2025 and progress made on ecosystem strategy, a revamped 2026 budgeting framework has been proposed to better align funding with Vision 2030 priorities, measurable outcomes, and ecosystem growth.

The arrest of a WA man over an alleged racially-motivated terrorist plot is deeply shocking.
I have been briefed on this case by AFP Commissioner Krissy Barrett. I thank the WA police for their swift action to keep the community safe.
Allegations the man was planning to target the Muslim community through attacks on mosques - as well as attacks on the WA police and parliament - are particularly distressing. He should face the full force of the law.
Australians have a right to safety. There is no place in our country for any kind of racially or religiously-motivated prejudice or hate.
As I’ve said many times we need to take the temperature down. Political leaders have a particular responsibility not to fan the flames of bigotry.
