They tell me; Before #LongCOVID, I exercised 6 days a week and rested 1 day, After #LongCOVID, I barely walked one day and rested for 6 days.

@aftab_usa Before ME I ran 5 and 10ks. My record for biking was 85 miles in a day. Once I rode my bike 30 miles then changed shoes and ran 2 miles. After ME: I shake after doing 20 minutes of tai chi for senior citizens. I’m 53.

I am still in utter disbelief by Thursday’s verdict. Never in my life did I imagine my own government would charge me as a criminal for exercising my religious liberties and rights to free speech, which are guaranteed by the First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution. They are trying to stop our voices, put fear in our hearts and take away the inalienable rights given to us by God. But I will not let that happen to this praying great-grandma as long as I have breath. #j6prayingrandma
