@SharafDG a 3 day old device in repair ticket id 11133280 dated Feb 14 and I requested to return it as your team did not commit to fixing it within 14 days as per your terms and conditions. I had to buy another device as I need to continue to do my job. No response from anyone.

@dutweets 23 minutes on a call trying to report a network issue and the respectable agent kept refusing to log a complaint. In those same 23 minutes I repeated my request to speak to senior manager without any luck. Is this the benefit of being a premium customer ?

@SunSandSport You just respond one time and then you don’t follow up with your customers. You took our money and our product and never issued a refund. Looking at all the other comments I don’t expect you to refund anyone. WE NEED OUR MONEY BACK

@SunSandSport i’ve been emailing and waiting for my refund since november 21! all i’m told is i’ll get it on 5 days for the last 3 months! it’s been an actually stressful mission to try to get anyone to take any action! why !?
