@ShamiKalra I think the issue is more about making motorsport more financially accessible for everyone. If the talent pool is mostly rich men, you'll get a sport full of rich men. Gender shouldn't be a factor, talent should. But I don't think we need to push one gender more than the other

I hope this isn’t controversial but to me a Racer is a Racer. Gender shouldn’t decide where talent races. There should be more females racing in all motorsport categories. Full stop. Proud to try and support as much as I can.
