Healthcare is a right, not a privilege. Republicans’ “One Big Beautiful Bill” ripped nearly $1 trillion out of our healthcare system, putting vulnerable Americans at risk so billionaires could get more tax breaks. It’s cruel. It’s shameful. And we will never stop fighting to reverse these devastating cuts.

@RepPettersen Good for Trump and the Ferdral government! Your office has refused every attempt to prove your system is safe from fraud. Transparency is needed. CO voter rolls are a mess.

I helped CO establish one of the safest & most secure election systems in the country. Now, Trump is trying to dismantle it. That's why I'm supporting the Vote By Mail Protection Act to defend Coloradans' right to vote by mail. Voting by mail is safe. It’s secure. It’s constitutional. And millions of Americans rely on it.

Mark this post. I think the IPOs of OpenAI, Anthropic and SpaceX could actually mark the top for the entire market, not because they are bad companies, but because the hype around AI and future tech is already getting extreme. The second these companies go public people are going to lose their minds. Retail investors institutions hedge funds everyone will rush in trying not to miss the next trillion dollar company. Media will nonstop talk about it and valuations will probably become insane. That usually happens near the top not the bottom We already saw this with the dot com bubble and even crypto in 2021. At some point expectations get bigger than reality. The scary part is AI is carrying a huge part of this market right now. Nvidia AI stocks chips robotics software all trading like the future is guaranteed forever If these IPOs happen after years of nonstop market gains it could become peak euphoria. The final stage where people stop caring about fundamentals and only buy hype. And when that happens all it takes is one disappointment slower growth lower margins regulation or spending cuts and the whole thing starts unwinding fast I dont think these IPOs crash the market directly I think they become the signal that speculation finally went too far.

@aleabitoreddit I totally disagree. The government has proven many times over they cannot control what they spend and what they authorize. Billions and billions are wasted annually. Fixing the waste will lower tax burdens for all.

“Jeff Bezos says low earners in the US should pay zero tax” I actually agree this this with some nuance on implementation: Low earners should be allowed to deduct all their living expenses before paying tax. Just like how the wealthy are able to write off a lot of things as business expenses or tax sheltered structures: Majority of “living costs” for low income citizens come from rent, healthcare, food, gas, car loans/college tuition, kids, etc. Even after all that they’re paying tax on their original income. Feels a little stupid to have low income earners owe money after just trying to live.

@aleabitoreddit That is the concern with @elonmusk companies — all of them. It’s very hard to get good customer service. I’m a big fan and would love to support them, but for now I’ll spend my money elsewhere. If I see improvement, sign me up.

How are so many of these large scamming/impersonator accounts allowed to exist on X? They just copy your username, block the original author so you can't find them, then manipulate the algorithm for their main accounts. Then any accidental view algorithm boosts their main account. It's a lose lose situation. You report them, X doesn't seem to care. You report them, their main account gets more impressions.

🚨 HOLY CRAP! President Trump’s attorney John Sauer just wrapped his opening argument on birthright citizenship and absolutely schooled Justice Ketanji Jackson. Jackson tried to trap him with an emotional hospital-birth scenario involving illegal migrants. JACKSON: “Are we bringing pregnant women in for depositions?!” SAUER: “No. The executive order depends on lawful status. If a baby is born, a birth certificate is issued, and the system checks immigration status through existing databases.” Jackson then pushed again, asking whether parents would get a chance to prove they intended to stay in the U.S. Sauer shut that down too. He said the exact opposite is true: if someone believes they were wrongly denied, there are ways to challenge it, but those cases would be rare. When Jackson asked if that challenge only comes after a baby is denied citizenship, Sauer made it crystal clear: The system already verifies the parents’ status automatically, using robust databases, and for the overwhelming majority of parents, the process would look no different than it does now. Do you support ending birthright citizenship for illegal aliens? A. Yes, end it B. No C. Only for legal residents D. Need SCOTUS to decide

My view is that a confidential human informant effectively acts as a subcontracted representative of the FBI and, by extension, the United States government. Therefore, such individuals should be subject to the rules, policies, and legal standards governing the FBI and the United States government. Based on that reasoning, I believe all 26 confidential human informants — along with any FBI personnel involved in using their information to investigate or arrest January 6 defendants — should be compelled to testify before a grand jury.

Full breakdown of the new January 6th report - The FBI deployed 26 paid confidential informants in Washington DC on January - 4 entered the Capitol building during the events - 13 entered the restricted areas around the Capitol - This means over a dozen FBI-linked informants were actively in the “riot” or restricted zones - CHS provided intelligence that Jan 6 “was gonna get a little hairy.” FBI HQ allegedly did nothing to prevent escalation and later claimed otherwise to Congress - ZERO charges against any of their FBI informants FBI covered up details before the election, confirmed Director Christopher Wray announced his resignation timing tied to report release - Media and Democrats pushed the “inside job by Trump” while dismissing FBI and Antifa involvement, despite early knowledge of CHS numbers (THEY KNEW) - Jan 6 politically benefited Democrats with impeachments, indictments, criminalizing MAGA, Jan 6 Committee focus - No accountability for uncharged informants despite “greatest attack on democracy since 9/11” rhetoric - There were allegedly payment made. Congress needs more details on CHS (Confidential Human Source)’s conduct, payments for hotels and more and pre-event activities - Says the FBI, media, and prior investigations are all not credible This only means one thing. Democrats used the FBI to stage an insurrection against Donald Trump. They tried to cover their tracks by hiring outside people to be agitators, then have those people they hired immunity against prosecution for doing the same activities they prosecuted Americans for All to steal the election and rush certification of their stolen election Inside job. Treason.

Real estate agent Morgan Goldberg lost her home in the Pacific Palisades fires She says she’s tired of the lies being told by Los Angeles mayor Karen Bass She shows “I’m back here at our reservoir, still empty, almost a year and a half after the fire” Karen Bass says this reservoir hasn’t been used for wildfires “in a million years” and now it’s only for drinking water Well, that’s a lie for 2 reasons Bass says the reservoir hasn’t been used in millions of years to fight fires, that’s false. It’s not that old 2nd, the reservoir can absolutely be used for fighting fires “All municipal systems have two kinds of water: potable and non-potable - Potable water is, in addition to drinking water, used in all of our systems; irrigation, fire hydrants, you name it. It simply means that the water's been treated - So non-potable water is sewage water, runoff water, everything that has not been treated or gone through our system So Just by mere fact that this exists in a LADWP man-made reservoir makes it potable, and it also funnels water to our fire hydrants. So yes, this is drinking water and it's fire hydrant water. We use it for everything. Except we don't because it's empty.” She’s referred to The Santa Ynez Reservoir, the 117 million gallon covered reservoir in the Pacific Palisades Highlands The reservoir stores treated drinking water. Its cover prevents contamination, which is why it isn’t used like open reservoirs for direct helicopter dipping. However, in an emergency this could have easily been used to fight fires So Karen Bass is lying again

Ridiculous. If that’s the rule than the rule is outdated. The raising of his hand did look celebratory. However no matter how outdated the rule is-the rule is the rule and therefore he should not have taken the chance. Ultimately the kid id at fault. What a shame. Likely some white guy offical.
