@GeniusGuyMan Appreciate you sharing that. As the program matures, we’ll continue reviewing opportunities to broaden access, and interest like yours helps inform those decisions.

@PatDunn I would even pay for this out of pocket if Robinhood can streamline the process, this is underrated in terms of value creation for the company for sure.

@zachylee84 I am not, those features are separate from Concierge. They’re an exciting addition to the ecosystem, though! I don’t have updates on launch timing yet, but we’re looking forward to offering a more complete suite for customers. Thanks for being open to sharing feedback!

@PatDunn Are you also in charge of these services that say, “coming soon” in the banking app? There is estate planning/will services that I am waiting to take advantage of. I’d be more than willing to give feedback to help get that off the ground!

Since this is a pilot, we’re starting with a limited group so we can thoughtfully test and refine the service before expanding it. These eligibility requirements help support this approach at this early stage. As the program matures, we’ll continue reviewing opportunities to expand access and are closely monitoring interest from customers like yourself.

@PatDunn I already have everything in Robinhood though, well above $1M, how am I supposed to find 500k to transfer in ?

@vegasoul That’s not the experience I want. Concierge is a limited pilot, but there may have been a miscommunication—but I’ll look into this and make sure you’re connected. Can you send me a DM?

@PatDunn I have millions in Hood and was denied this service. That’s wack.

We’re building for everyone. To me, democratizing finance doesn’t mean everyone has the same needs, it means more people get access to better tools over time. Concierge helps us learn from customers with more complex needs so we can build and improve products (like trusts) that benefit the broader community. I’m personally looking forward to the day customers can set up and manage a trust here.

@itsD4O @PatDunn @RobinhoodApp Valid point Some perks should remain for the wealthy only like cash delivery But I still would like to see users be able to set up and manage trusts

@charles_mo_18 @RobinhoodApp I get why it might look that way, however there’s nothing to buy or be charged for. It’s a pilot where we’re asking for participation and trust, and in return we’re providing services and learning from feedback so we can build something better for everyone.

@anahita652 Totally get that. Balancing long-standing relationships with new tech should happen on your terms. Our goal is to keep building so Robinhood can be your main financial app, while fitting into the way you already manage your finances.
