I am a registered Republican voter in Miami-Dade County, and I received two invitations to this event from the Miami-Dade GOP. Both invitations were for an event that the Miami-Dade GOP was hosting for Byron Donalds. I am extremely concerned by this. The advertisement says "paid by the Republican Party of Miami-Dade County" and the only gubernatorial candidate in that event is Byron Donalds. Not only is Byron Donalds the only speaker, it is advertised as "Republican Coffee Meet & Greet" but the only candidate speaking is Byron Donalds, and he is pictured next to the Miami-Dade State Committeeman, Juan Porras. There are other gubernatorial candidates in the Republican primary besides Byron Donalds. This advertisement and event is misleading and it shows the Miami-Dade GOP favoring one candidate above the others in a contested primary. I was an Executive Committeewoman of the Miami-Dade GOP for years, and we never hosted events supporting one candidate above others in a primary, unless the candidate was running unopposed. I am tagging the Chairman of Miami-Dade County GOP, @kevincooperfl, in this post, so he can answer my questions. I would greatly appreciate it. 1) Were the other gubernatorial candidates invited to this Republican Meet and Greet? If not, then why not? 2) If the other candidates were not invited to this Republican Meet and Greet, then are you going to host an individual Meet and Greet for each of the other Republican gubernatorial candidates and advertise it like you did for Byron Donalds? The content of his character? Let's see: 1. The man cheated on his first wife with his second wife, who got pregnant. Adultery. Ah, but Nana, it wasn't a love marriage. It was to allow his first wife to get cheaper in state tuition (or so they say). Ok, adultery and fraud. 2. He has a criminal past and sold dope to kids. But that's not all. He also has a bank fraud charge. Ol' Byron is on a roll now... 3. He fails to report over $1M in stock trades as required by law. More Fraud! 4. He and the missus own a charter school business that failed to deliver said charter school. He's really getting this fraud thing down now. 5. As a congressman, he's missed way over 100 votes and VIOLATED House rules by voting by proxy while not in DC. Where was he at the time? Filming an episode of Bill Maher. More frau...ah, you know what I'm going to say. Please DO NOT tell us he has character. He does not.

The year is 2026. And we are still judging people by their ethnicity and looks. @ByronDonalds will win based upon the content of his character and his vision for our state.
