I’m an old white dude and because of that I can walk by ICE agents without any fear, but I won’t support one dime going to ICE until everyone can do the same as me without fear no matter their skin color or accent. If you disagree you’re just racist. There’s no other explanation.

93-тя бригада Холодний Яр
Exhausted, covered in dirt, carrying captured assault rifles, with a sense of relief and a job done. That’s how we meet snipers of the 93rd Kholodnyi Yar Brigade after they return from positions. The men spent 51 days on the front line alongside infantry. Their main task was observation. But their sniper rifles also came into play – they engaged the enemy as soon as he appeared within sight. That’s how they managed to take out three occupiers at long range. The soldiers recall one night when two Russians walked straight onto their positions. «I was on watch. I heard voices. Asked my partner, "Did you call me?" He said no. «Then we’ve got "pietukhy"». I moved out to the observation post, and they were using a red flashlight. I opened fire on them. That’s how we got our first captured assault rifles», says a soldier with the callsign "Tsyhan". The hardest part, they say, was the cold and the lack of movement. «It got so exhausting – five meters one way, five back. So we started doing planks, push-ups, abs, squats, stretching. We could compete in push-ups by now. I was doing 300 to 400 in a shift. But after 50 days stuck in one place, covering about 18 kilometers in a day with weight on you is still tough», recalls "Mykytos".
