@QXsToo @X All I see is people that I dont follow, all verified, that are engagement farming "post your link", "post what you're building" et cetera. X is going down I feel.

As a user, it's simple. I open the @X app. Here's what I hope to see — and I suspect many of you do too: 1. Great, informative, useful, or entertaining content (by humans, machines, or companies) 2. Real, authentic — even “boring” — posts from the people and networks I actually care about 3. No spam, bad bots, or reply farming As an X employee who uses it every day, I believe we’re actively building toward exactly this. Does this match what you want when you open X?

@DopaminePlsMe Love it. We should do a collab: productivity (Randomtask) <-> Calmness (DeeDee). Give me a few more weeks though, back to bugfixing now.

Neurodiversity is a MUCH bigger umbrella than a lot of y’all treat it as. It includes: - Autism - ADHD - Tourette’s/Tic Disorders - Epilepsy/Seizure Disorders - Bipolar Disorder - Schizophrenia/Psychotic Disorders - PTSD/CPTSD - Down Syndrome - Dyslexia - Dyspraxia Etc.

ADHD, Autism, & AuDHD aren't the same. It’s the wiring 🧠: ⚡ ADHD: Dopamine-driven. Interest-led. Creative. 🧩 Autism: Depth-driven. Logic & routine. Precision. 🌀 AuDHD: The "tug-of-war." Craving novelty but needing stability. Full breakdown below.👇 #ADHD #Autism #AuDHD

@vineerpasam I just post about it on X, get a small spike in my analytics, feel extremely successful, get super motivated, start listening to music like I’m about to build something huge and then I get tired and go to sleep

As a developer, I sometimes get really lazy and demotivated, and don’t feel like working on my side projects. How do you deal with this?

ADHD is not a lack of focus it’s a lack of dopamine that turn my brain into a scavenger. I dont have the energy to fold my laundry but I can spend hours researching obscure medieval poetry because it reminds me the lord of the rings My brain doesn't care about what important, it cares about whats exciting.

this isn't whataboutism btw. a lot of chronically ill people, especially if they're not diagnosed yet, do get called bad friends for simply not having the energy to do things. same with people with mental illness. it's just a point in the discussion worth mentioning.

Research shows that ADHD brains can slip into brief episodes of "sleep-like" activity during demanding tasks, even when the person is fully awake. This surprising neurological pattern directly impacts focus and daily functioning. These momentary micro-lapses help explain many classic ADHD struggles. When the brain drops into this state, it naturally leads to slower reaction times, increased mistakes, and sudden drops in concentration. Findings like this offer profound validation. They provide a clear reminder that struggling to maintain attention is not a lack of willpower or effort. It is simply a brain temporarily operating on a different wavelength.

ADHD is a curse and a blessing at the same time. The same brain that loses your keys three times a day can hyperfocus on a problem for 14 hours straight and come out the other side with something nobody else thought of. The goal isn't to fix it. It's to stop it from destroying your relationships while you do.
