I see, very helpful. Before it had the tagline 'sync , and some other benefits' but the butttons were not equal height and didnt look that great aesthetically. The 'create account / join randomtask' is invisible when you have an account. I will think it through how to improve this, or remove it in total and nudge to create an account and get all the benefits later. Thank you so much!

your button says join randomtask. that's the mechanism, the act of signing up, and nobody wakes up wanting to join anything. rename it to what they get on the other side: keep your streaks, save your progress, see your stats. same button, different promise. the CTA should finish the sentence "I want to..."

I use most of the time in Reward mode for controlled breathing. So I decided to update the standard 'breathing circle' around the timer in a way that you can actually follow along popular meditatve breathing patterns. How do I explain to my doctor that my depression isn’t bad in the “I can’t function at all” way, but more like the “when I get home from doing outside obligations, I have no desire/interest to do the inside obligations. Like cleaning, laundry, self care/hygiene, etc.”?

real adhd growth isn't about building iron-clad discipline or forcing a broken system to work. it's the moment you stop fighting your biology and say: "my dopamine is flatlined. i am stopping now and trying again tomorrow." shifting from self-punishment to self-cooperation.

@ADHDForReal Literally happened to me, until I went to the doctor in my mid twenties after failing 2 university studies.. Then my whole early life became clear to me.

Fixed a bug where when you log out while not 'fully logged out' in backend, the system would wipe your local storage, see its empty and then immediately update the table in database in the cloud. My session history is all gone now 😅

I believe people fall into two groups when it comes to starting new tasks: 1. Low Activation Energy: Starting (new) tasks is effortless. The motor just fires up naturally. 2. High Activation Energy: The tasks themselves might not even be that hard, but the mental friction to start, feels like an absolute mountain. If you have an ADHD or another type of neurodivergent brain, you probably fall into group 2.
