Want to feel better about your life? Want to gain control of the anxiety and stress? This is legitimate life advice, no buzzwords, no bullshit, no nonsense. This does work and will work for everyone. 1. Downsize assets not being used, it’s just stuff. 2. Reduce media consumption, media is poison. 3. Walk. Leave your phone at home, take time to think. 4. Cut ties with relationships that are predatory to you, you don’t need them. 5. Reduce talking the listen and observe more, this will open your mind. 6. Turn off the screens, they are distractions. 7. Breathe, it’s your only requirement. Wait just 30 days of doing this and you will know what life is to you, on your NEW terms.
