@ring my plan renewed today and I’ve been a very long time customer. I was on “Plus 1st gen” which was supposed to upgrade automatically to the “Premium Legacy Plan” which includes the 24/7 recording features and more for long time customers but my plan renewed to “Ring Multi”.

@ring I’ve had your serv for several yrs. Today I attempted to comm thru your chat feature on your site. I finally asked for the cust serv #. It gave me 3 opts. I chose the US #. It gave 800-656-7920. It’s some type of Medicare co. Also called & your AI bot is awful to deal with.

@ring wedge kits still aren’t available for some of the newer doorbell cameras. Why are you selling the cameras without mounting kits being available? We bought two new doorbell cams last summer and not have not been able to mount them because Amazon and Ring don’t sell kits.

@Ring@Amazon I have gone through 6 Ring Camera Pro units at the same exterior location, all failing with the same issue: device connects, drops offline, and reports low RSSI despite strong coverage. Formally escalated by email since 3/29 no response!!!

@ring I have a video doorbell that I received last May that stopped working after a week. I've worked with the AI agent and we determined the device is defective. When I try to set up the return on ring.com, it doesn't recognize the order number. Help!
